The Birkbeck BabyLab & ToddlerLab are part of this year’s Bloomsbury Festival! We’re hosting an interactive mini science expo in the Conservatory at Birkbeck Central on Malet Street. The free event takes place over October half term, on Thursday 29/10 10am-4pm and Friday 30/10 10am-3pm. This is aimed at families with young children, but anyone interested in developmental science is welcome to drop by!
Stop by our exhibition to visit our research stalls and learn about the cutting-edge technology we use to see what’s going on inside children’s minds. We’ll have child-friendly activities focused on key topics such as play, language, friendship and sensory processing. These short & fun 5-minute mini sessions help children engage with science and learn about their brains.
