Research interests:
I am primarily focused on researching mental health and wellbeing, employing innovative technologies like neurofeedback and virtual reality (VR). In my PhD. project, I am concentrating on food addiction, specifically with a focus on sugary items. The objective is to explore how sugar addiction can be measured and to identify associated comorbidities. Additionally, I aim to develop interventions using EEG neurofeedback and VR to effectively reduce sugar cravings.
